DEVELOPING THE LOCAL ECONOMY TO STRENGTHEN SUSTAINABILITY ๐น๐ฑ
Ataรบro, August 2, 2025 - The Minister of Commerce and Industry, Mr. Nino Pereira, participated this weekend in the fair "Local Products and Handicrafts" organized by the Evangelical Assembly of God Church (IEAD) in Region IV Ataรบro to celebrate National Women's Day, with the theme "Feto Matenek".
On this occasion, Minister Nino Pereira stated that through this fair, we can introduce East Timorese products to the world.
"We talked about local products, how we can develop this, make them an original product that represents the identity of our country, as well as our municipalities, to bring knowledge to the world through the promotions we do," said Minister MCI (Ataรบro, 02/08/2025).
"We continue to develop this as a collective effort to strengthen our families, strengthen our communities, and strengthen our state, strong women, strong nation," said Minister Nino. The fair showcases agricultural products, human products, culinary products, and seafood to celebrate the National Day of Women of the Evangelical Assembly of God Church (IEAD).
