Dili, June 20, 2025 - The Minister of Commerce and Industry, Mr. Nino Pereira, said this year the government, through the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, will organize the Dili International Trade Expo in Dili. This program is a means of promoting and bringing potential Timorese products to the global market.

These words were spoken by the Minister after a meeting with Timorese artists Maria Vitória and Crimson, at the Office of the Minister of MCI, Fomento Mandarin Dili.

The Minister highlighted, this is the first event in Timor-Leste organized by the government, through MCI, and the government has a big dream: through this event, Timorese products can be elevated and brought to the global market. The commission also invited existing micro-small groups with small industries, and the government plans to invite VIP guests from ASEAN countries and investors to directly participate in DITE 2025.

"I believe that this program can further strengthen the connection between Timorese businessmen in the country and large foreign investors, especially from ASEAN countries, and this can be an important step for the development of Timorese products in the international market."

At this meeting, the MCI Minister asked all Timorese artists, including "MARVI and CRIMSON", to participate and promote products such as coffee and other products that have become Timorese brands.

Meanwhile, Timorese artists MARVI and Crimson are ready to collaborate and participate in the opening concert of DITE 2025.
