His Excellency, the Minister of Commerce and Industry, Mr. Nino Pereira, and His Excellency, the Vice Minister of Commerce and Industry, Mr. Augusto Jรบnior Trindade, held a meeting with the Core Trade Team (CTT) at the MCI meeting hall in Fomento Mandarin, Dili.
The meeting aimed to update and assess the performance of the CTT team, as well as provide guidance for them to continue following up on meetings related to Timor-Leste's accession process to ASEAN.
During the meeting, the CTT team presented some concerns related to their activities, highlighting actions already undertaken and proposing measures to strengthen and improve the services provided.
The Core Trade Team (CTT) was established by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MCI) in October 2024, with the purpose of enhancing service quality and preparing Timor-Leste for ASEAN accession.
