His Excellency, the Vice Minister of Commerce and Industry, Mr. Augusto Jรบnior Trindade, accompanied His Excellency, the President of the Republic, Dr. Josรฉ Ramos-Horta, in the continuation of a social aid initiative supporting vulnerable communities in Tilomar Administrative Post, Covalima Municipality, on Thursday, March 27, 2025.

The initiative was organized by the Office of the President of the Republic, with the support of the Nippon Association of Japan, reinforcing international cooperation and solidarity.

The donated items included rice, cooking oil, clothing, sewing machines, and other essential goods.
