Minister of Commerce and Industry Mr. Nino Pereira participated in the ceremony of the 2024 Annual General Assembly and the launch of the CCI-TL Site and Database on November 16, at the GMN Multiusos Hall, Bebora, Díli

His excellency Minister, felt proud to be able to participate in this important ceremony and said that, this event is a measure of progress in the face of the challenge that CCI-TL has been going with the motto of "Organizing to Develop"

“We must all be proud of the successes and collective challenges that CCI-TL has made to the maximum effort and as an advocacy for business interests, certainly the government becomes a strategic partner with CCI-TL to see and work together to the development of this country with a clear policy to promote a strong economy, a sustainable economy inclusive and diversified to contribute to the economic development of this country.” Affirms Minister MCI

The State's interest is the economy, which every 5 years contributes to freedom from poverty and misery. The IX Constitutional Government also came up with a policy to combat poverty. From all these processes, the presence of the private sector and entrepreneurs is necessary to create a middle class that truly contributes to economic progress.
