Work Plan for the Global Roadshow of the China-ASEAN Expo for the 23rd Edition (Timor-Leste Station)

The Government, through the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, together with the China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO) Secretariat, launched the Work Plan for the 23rd CAEXPO Global Roadshow (Timor-Leste Station), with the objective of promoting trade, investment, and regional cooperation as the nation strengthens its engagement with ASEAN.

The Work Plan outlines a series of promotional activities, including business forums, investment presentations, and networking sessions designed to connect Timor-Leste enterprises with partners from China and the ASEAN member states.

The event emphasizes that the roadshow will help Timor-Leste highlight its economic potential, particularly in trade and industry, agriculture, tourism, and infrastructure. "This roadshow is an important opportunity for Timor-Leste to showcase its investment potential and deepen cooperation with ASEAN and China."

The Timor-Leste Station in the CAEXPO Global Roadshow will take place in 2026, with follow-up activities planned to support the country's participation in the 23rd China-ASEAN Expo in Nanning, China.
